I’m planning to build a shifter kart using a 125cc engine from a bike. The project is mainly for drifting and high-speed driving, and I’m aiming for a proper manual transmission setup with a clutch.

Complete Parts List: Where can I find all necessary parts like axles, hubs, spindles, sprockets, steering assembly, brake setup, pedals, throttle cable, kingpins, tie rods, brackets, etc?
Shops and Markets: Reliable places in Lahore primarily to buy these parts either new or used at reasonable prices.
Custom Modifications: How to handle parts that don't fit exactly (like adjusting axle width, sprocket alignment, spindle angles, bearing fits)? Should I use welding, custom fabrication, or machine shop work?
Axle and Wheel Setup: Advice on correct sizing and selecting wheels and axles that would work well with a lightweight frame and a 125cc engine.
Fabrication Support: Any recommendations for local mechanics, workshops, or fabricators who understand go-kart/shifter kart builds and can help with critical jobs like spindle mounting, frame reinforcement, or custom brackets?
