Salam all
I am working in ksa, planing to build home in few months. But for now i need estimated cost.
Any one here who can help or suggest

my rough idea is that other than land cost, per marla cost of good to excellent constructed house varies from 4 lakh to 5 lakh per marla (including all the materials, labour, construction cost, etc) at a reasonable to good place...
this cost is for ground floor,,,for first floor the cost will be little less....
also get opinion from some experts...

I am not in Pakistan now, so cant get idea from experts there. I am traying to get some rough idea before i come back to Pakistan and start construction. I have one rough plan want to get idea as per that plan. Covered area is around 2700 seq feet and is ground floor only.
Any idea about this

4 to 5 lac is as per covered area ???

A good liveable house will cost you around 7-9 lacs per marla (including finishing and A class material). That is without basement. You can contact 03044482269 for further details of it is in Lahore.

Rs. 1700/- per sq feet.
2700 ? 1700 = 4590000/- total complete cost without plot for first floor.
