Get a Cultus that had hydraulic power steering from the factory. Installing aftermarket electric steering compromises the safety of the car in case of an accident. Also, it will feel way too light (unsafe) on the stock rack and pinion ratio.
The stock Cultus steering is fine IMO - if you have the right rim size (with proper 45mm offset) and properly sized tyres, you'll never feel the need for a power steering anyways - it's light enough on it's own.
