Sorry everyone, I was caught up with a lot of stuff and couldn't find enough time to continue with the project.
. My best friend got nikkahfied
. I GOT ENGAGED
. My mamu had a stroke so I was staying with him at the hospital
. Last but not the least, fell from the stairs and fractured my right foot

The past 3 months were a blast, both in a good and a bad way, but Alhumdulilah I'm doing better and finally hitting the workshop on Monday, stay tuned because it's time to bring her back home

Finally the project restarts after a long pause.
Went to the market and bought all the parts that were supposed to be replaced. I must say that these cars have the cheapest spare parts.
Bought brand new bumpers, both front and back

This is what my bedroom looks like right now, since all the stuff needs to be looked after, my bedroom was the perfect space to store them and keep an eye on them. Half of the parts are not even visible in this picture.

Bought these brand new headlights and finally visited the workshop today to deliver the parts I bought for the car, updates ahead.

They look good, obv because they're brand new
The shopkeeper told me they'll last without paling up for another 2 years. However, I'll still get them covered with a clear film or tint to keep the glass protected

Rear windshield was removed to get started with the trunk lid's denting

The last time I posted an update of the car, the left side of the car was being worked on, the new pieces were being welded to the body (see post # 54)
As of today, the right and left side of the car, both are completed. The body panels have been welded, both the front fenders are dented after the paint removal.

The hood is being worked on now
Luckily it is the company fitted hood so my denter adviced me not to replace it as it can be fixed. The locally produced or should I say, so called TAIWAN made hood costs around 6k, brand new. But my denter didn't agree to change it, so the remaining work, as of today, includes the following tasks:
. Denting the hood
. Denting the trunk lid
. Paint removal from the rest of the body
. Installing the new bumpers, lights and trims before the paint job
. Inspecting the car for any further imperfections
. Test drive, for any mechanical faults that need to be worked on
. Paint job

The denter sent me this picture, appologizing for the low quality picture in advance. They're working on setting up the parts to finalize the car for the paint job. Will be posting further updates insha'Allah

Not to forget this steering wheel I got for her last week.
Got a good deal on this Suzuki Swift MK3's multimedia steering along with the airbag, it's an original leather stitched steering wheel but since there's some wear and tear over the leather, I'll most probably get it redone.
Hoping that it fits!

Visited the workshop at 06:00 AM and just got back home, it's 07:40AM rn, TALK ABOUT PRIORITIES, went to inspect what the car's looking like after the fitment of the new accessories. The bumper isn't fixed yet, it was just placed there for the picture.

A clearer picture of the rear, the pillars will be sanded down now to get rid of the bondo as well as the hood, insha'Allah the car will be free from the denter by the end of this coming week and we'll start preparing it for the paint.
