this is not a gas or copper welding , its fixed by melted Wax/Plastic stuff in Akbar Market , Saddar , Rwp .
Which car?If the bumper is of plactic as in Mehran,Khyber,Margalla etc then I can direct you to a guy in Sultan ka Khu.He really knows how to work with plastic.
