Buring Smell coming from AC vent on high REV (SWIFT)

Last night i drove my swift with high rev 5-6 k in 1,2 and 3rd gear suddenly i smelled burning plastic/coolant/gas from
AC vent and it went away after 6-7 seconds when RPM comes to 3-4 k
Car has done 3500 km and its almost new
Secondly my cousin 2010 swift with 60,000 on ODO gives same smell on high rev
I searched same issue over other forums and most of replies are its Normal

people are concluding

1- Catalytic converter burning sulfur on high rev
2- AC filter bacteria when heated give rotten egg like smell

Any one experience this with their car please share your expert opinion and comments

Tyre tu burn nahin hote?? R u using stock tyres or wide ones??

I m using 195/60 Yokohama aspec with alloys it's DX so i changed stock rim and tyres

plastic smell from vents is most likely from the HVAC box if the fresh air intake is closed off. This was also a problem in the original MK2 VW Golfs, after about 3 or 4 years drivers faced severe burn injuries from the hot coolant dumping on their feet caused by bad connections to the heater core. VW redid the system with a positive bypass valve in the engine room.

I have the same issue in my swift too
although it sounds real lame
i cleaned out my filthy engine bay and now the issue is gone

its the CAT actually...it will only come when you rev high like over 4.5-5k rpm
