Does anyone know what this part is called and what's the issue here? This plastic part is touching engine exhaust pipes and it's melting from sometime which causes smell like something burning inside engine bay.

might be the rubber cap on steering rack
i think its a toyota, maybe someone installed relays with ignition and wrapped it in plastic, now its touching exhaust and burning

something fell from above and got stuck here and burnt, remove it to get rid of smell
Thanks Everyone! It was Central locking horn which somehow was touching engine exhaust pipe and burning, got it removed now everything seems fine.
