Business in Islamabad (Dha, Bahria Town or PWD)

Hello Pakwheelers! I'm new in Pakistan,
I wanted to ask that is it profitable and less risky to open a grocery store of imported products in Islamabad's areas like Dha, Bahria town or Pwd like ESSAJEE. Or even a VIP Car Wash Showroom using microfiber towels, shampoo etc.
Any suggestion?

Did you make a similar thread before?
PWD bahria 1-6 is saturated with almost everything
you need to be well calculated to open 1 more of anything here
phase 8 has green valley for imported good.
not sure of DHA though. apparently they like to travel inside bahria for everything
