2) Corner/Non Corner - Corner Homes Are Preferable
3) Dead End Street - Dead End Street Homes Have Got Edge
4) Extra Land is also A Plus Point
5) Number Of Rooms/ Basement . Conditon And Built Of Home
5) Road Infront of it
6) Market

Your Home is Directly In Front of i&T Market. Means Any 1 Can have any kind of Business . Most Of The I&T`s Centers are full of Workshops. So It puts adverse Effect on The Resale
Still It Can be Used As Semi Commercial Property So U Can Get Good Rental Income Out Of It. Anyways Its Between 110 Million To 130Million PKR!

thx 4 the reply but 110 and 130 million means b/w 1.1 arab and 1.3 arab . u must mean 110 lakhs and 130 lakhs. what about rentals these days in G-10. if its more than what i m getting then i can push the residents to increase it to the prevailing rate

i Have Not Seen the internal Strcuture of the home . And Yes u r correct its 110-130 Million. Rental Value Should Be 0.5 % of the home price. So it shud be around 50k. But In Many cases it is not.

How Much Are they paying Rite Now?

Id say real estate as many others have. A gas station can b profitable but I have little knowledge on that.

Stock market would not be my suggestion unless you will be trading in foreign Stock Exchanges such as NYSE LSE ^IXIC etc.

Stay Out of Real Estate until Elections are Over as prices will get adjusted... better visit Lahorerealestate.com and read comments, analysis and do some soul search there.. you will find AD;s for Isb also there..

My Humbal suggestion is to stay away from property for the time being... I am overseas fellow as well and have suffered a LOT in this and cant even get out of that prices are half of what I have originaly paid....
