Business in Pakistan with 30 Million?

Since this is Non-Wheels forum so would like to share with u guyz about any business in pakistan with 30M,
It's been 5 years that I've been to W.Africa working with a French Co. based here and AlhamduLillah doing well.

But as u know home sweet home, nothing is better thn ur own place. So decided to move back for goods and willing to invest upto 30M. You all brothers are therefore, requested to suggest me where to invest, and how much would I be getting out of it. Looking for a business where I can help some other families too in terms of employemnt.

Your sugessions wuld b highly appreciated.

I heared that property business is not on boomed as it was before. Is it correct? What about opening a Fuel/CNG station. Is it really profitable?

anyways u can open the cng station for 20-30 million rupees... else start automobile business... or invest in property (best time to invest is when there is slump)

Can someone tell me, how much the average would I be making per cylinder? Is there any place available in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for CNG station? And If I have to invest in property business, which place in Islamabad should I invest?

So Good Place To Invest.. Its Safe Investment.But If You Can Take Panic To Spend Your Hours Into Then Go For SOme Remote Areas..
E-11 Got Some Nice Price Potention Too

CNG STation is good.A Friend of mine proposed Abt A CNG Station. A Guy was asking 50million for a cng station. Monthly income was around 6lakh.

Well Cant Really Cud Quote U Right Now.
Among them E-11 Is Expensive. But Its Not Under CDA
G-13 And G-14/4 Possesion Is Expected this year. And About the G-14/1 2 & 3. They are cheaper since their development work has not been completed.

Besides, what are the rates in G-14/1 2 & 3?
How about G-15/16 , F-15/16 or even H-16? Are they good places to invest?

regarding shares, hospitals are filled with various psychological patients who tried the stock market. i believe one must have sound knowledge of economics forehand cuz markets are getting volatile day by day...

if u can invest and hold the money for abt 2 years, than spending in g12/13 would be really sensible.

there are reports than islamabad airport is shifting, property around it is also picking price.

or u can buy a 1 kanal plot in f10-11, build a house on it, and rent it out on 1 lac rs per month. the land wont lose price, u just have to break even the house construction, that abt 70lacs, at 1000rs/ft.
