Buying a car with Government Number Plate

Hello is it ok to purchase GS number plate car from any one .... the person is selling GS number plate cars and they said it's sindh secretary cars and Government has the first owner and now you can transfer can sumboddy told me is it easy to transfer the car.

GS number plate cars are not sold like this. the govt auctions the vehicles and GS numbers are not given to public as far as I know. Wait for confirmation from others as well

you can't buy a gs number car, atleast not with the number

It is a Govt. registered vehicle it has to be auctioned. proper PPRA procedures are there.
