Buying a Mazda rx8 for first time

Hey guys I am going to buy a Mazda rx8 which is not swaped and has driven only 30k Kms I wanted to know in which price should I get it in addition to that can u guys tell me how to take care of rotary engine and it's maintenance

Mazda RX-8 was last produced in year 2012.

there is no support for Mazda brand in Pakistan. Ask the seller for complete maintenance history and registration details. as in

1. which engine is in the car oem stock or from other donor RX 8
2. where from maintenance has been done
3. year of registration
4. data on original registration file shall match the customs documents

95% of RX-8 in Pakistan are amnesty cleared vehicles with butchered stuff from donor RXs.

in 2020 a working RX8 with 30,000km over odo is very rare item,

If a deal is too good to be true, it probably is .
An Rx8 with rotary & 30k original miles is highly suspect, take your time, do your research, if you do decide to buy it don't forget to gets its engines compression checked as well as its frame for any accidental repairs , with the permission of owner, if owner doesn't allow this then that in itself is a red flag , and should be reason enough to walk away.

As Capsat said verification of registration is even more critical matter , take it very seriously.
