Buying a used car in Karachi

Hey guys!
I'm about to buy a used Honda City 2008.
I wanted to know what the procedure is. Both of us have agreed on the price etc but aagay kia karein?
Papers kia chahiay hote hein?
And what stuff should I check before making full payment?
We're gonna make the payment probably tomorrow tou what papers should I take with me tomorrow and what papers should I expect him to bring?

This is my first time buying a car so I have absolutely no idea on how to proceed. It would be really helpful if someone could give me some instructions.

3 number plats
make a stamp paper( sale dead) get transfer letter from owner
get CPLC check through phone
+ go on escise.gos.pk n match the details of car
thats all,
1st make stamp paper (sale dead) then collect all things then pay money n get the keys of car

as posted above, do call the CPLC and tell them about engine, chassis and registration number and they will tell you that is the car clear or not

Detailed explanation

Return file:
Should have original company invoice.
should have tax paid chalans.
Should have nic copy of guy who have currently owner of car
Book with running part.

Verify following:
Tax paid
Cplc verify
2 number plates with gov logo they should not have duplicate written on them

Make sure to get nic copy of current owner plus sale deed signed.

Count number of papers you receive in file.
