First, documents and frame should be in proper order. Rest you can all maintain upto your budget and expense. Its a simple bike.
2nd, look out for a complete bike.

mean the bike should have all parts installed like side cover, mudguards etc, nowadays, incomplete bikes will cost a fortune.
