I want to buy BMW X5 (Year model 2003-2005) for safety reasons, kindly share your experience if you owned it.

Safety reasons? It has a high running cost, if you live in a big city and can foot thr bill of oem parts, go for it, its cramped in the rear but otherwise quite nice.
Oh, and it has absolutely zero resale. None, nish, nada
