Buying first car and need advise about document verification

I hope you're doing great. I'm looking to buy my first car. I wanna buy a honda city 1.3 manual probably 2010-11 model. my budget is 2.3-2.4 million. I've got an option of 2011 model with silver color chat pillar diggi bonut geniun sides are showered. Car is in very good condition for 2.4 million and another option is 2010 model silver color total genuine for 2.3 million.

Please suggest me which should I go for? And what are the things to check while buying like how to check police records and how to verify documents.

original paint will be easier to sell if u plan upgrade in sometime
status can be checked online.
documents can be cross veriefied with the help of agent.
or u can use a service like pakwheels etc
