I am not sure if importing printer might be a wise idea, because of shipping costs. More than likely you will find cheaper in local market.

Graphics cards can be a good idea, specially since they have latest and greatest models available at good prices in Us. Try purchasing it from Amazon, TigerDirect or Newegg. These websites are good choices for computer parts.

Yes, but I do not know because when I put them in cart they refuse to deliver them , even though I have selected the option of international shipping and shipping in Pakistan. Please help me on how to resolve this because HSN charges are too damn high

Yes, you can do that to minimise taxes if possible. Also request them to remove the receipts from box.

Another clever idea is to call it a sample, as samples typically have no value

Q1. Did you try to find a printer of similar quality in local market?

Q2. Where are you trying to ship it to? To Pakistan or a parcel consolidator address in US?

Not all items can be shipped internationally, and I am not sure if Pakistan is even on allowed shipping list.

I checked its packed weight, and its above 8 kgs. It will cost you upwards of 100$ for shipping, plus any taxes, if you go with any couriers eg DHL, Fedex etc...

I never tried shipitto, as I use Stackry service, and I love it.

The steps are:

1. Open Stackry account (Free),

2. Ship your Amazon, eBay etc stuff to this address. AMAZON does free local shipping if your bill is more than 35$.

3. Once everything is received by Stackry, you can request them to put them together and use a smaller box (saves a lot of money,if you buying many items or from multiple different websites)

I even have a referal link in my previous postsin this thread,giving you 10$ discount on yr first shipment (and 10$ on my next), if you use it. So we both win something.

They give you choice of DHL, Fedex etc all usual suspects for int'l shipping. Along with shipping charges. You can pay them using Paypal or Credit Card.

If you buying just one item ie the printer, follow same steps, without consolidation or repacking. Shipping time is same as per the courier standards...
