how can 1 verify the authenticity of an auction sheet?
does one have to have the original copy or the photocopy of the auction sheet is sufficient?
also, what's the difference between a hand written auction sheet and a printed auction sheet?
also, what documents are necessary to have when buying a new car as well as to get it registered locally apart from the copy of the auction sheet?
have heard from many sources that even the auction sheets provided are not original or tampered with... how to verify if an auction sheet is original or not?
