Buying New HR-V over 2017 Vezel!

Do you think a zero-meter Honda HR-V (from Honda Pakistan) in a budget of 4 Million is a better choice than an imported 2017 model Vezel if the main concern is owning a car a trouble free car, considering a CVT (offered in HR-V) is much easy to maintain than a DCT (offered in Vezel, which is not an ideal choice for quick acceleration from an intersection and driving in stop-and-go traffic of Lahore)?

As a "nerd" I love each and every thing Vezel has to offer over HR-V (Honda Pakistan) but scared of issues that "may" pop-up over time, such as dual clutch transmission issues (as they are complex to maintain and not serviced by Honda PK). - Or maybe I'm just overthinking and underestimating that Japanese tech marvel?

Toyota CHR is not an option, another option is buying slightly used Audi A3 (maintained by Audi PK). With anything bigger than Audi A3 size (dimensions), I'd have a parking space issue.

Any suggestions or personal experience with either Vezel or HRV would be appreciated!

Nice desicion.i will always recommend to buy zero meter car instead of used cars let it be jdms or local ones.atleast u will have peace of mind and car will not give u trouble fr nxt 3 to 4 years.

Consider a Vitara. I believe it's a much better option than HR-V. It's has more to offer, plus it's being offered at a discount by dealers. So the top of the line can be had for under 3.4mil

C-HR is a good option. Vezel has lost its charm since its been here for some time now.

C-HR is relatively new to Pakistan, is feature packed and best of all has a Toyota badge!

Get an A3 or look into a Vitara, If that fits the garage, get a new vitara, the loaded one has a rebate on it

Go for either a3 or vezel with z package awd HR V is useless you get far more features in vezel then HR v

I'm trying to get a hold of Vitara GLX, but unable to find it at any Suzuki dealer in Lahore. They are quoting 3-6 months wait against full payment (3.8M), which I believe is ridiculous considering the booking time. Recently I visited Raiwind Motors and when inquired about Vitara, their response was: "Vitara (surprised), sir, those are long gone. But you could get one in six months against full payment".

I've never bought anything outside of Toyota brand before, so naturally, I was inclined towards Toyota C-HR too, but wife didn't like "sporty" design. Hence it's a no for now.

The thing that concerns me about HR-V is that 2019 HR-V is on its way by Honda Global, considering HR-V offered by Honda PK is imported, I wonder if they would be launching the updated version here too? Thinking to just take a plunge and get one.

Also been looking into slightly used Audi A3, but my car dealer is advising against it, saying "it's 1.2 turbo engine, which is prone to issues as much as an imported Vezel would be. And a Vezel is easier to maintain than used A3".

Plz stay away from Pakistani cars those car garbage better to buy vezel don't get scared by what people say we have Honda grace same drivetrain as vezel and mashallah no problems at all so go for that get vezel Z package awd

Wise decision to buy a brand new HRV rather than a used Vezel. Choose a nice colour and enjoy the new car experience.
