By road - > Kalam / Butu gah / Behsam possible with out SUV?

guys i need some advice here,

im planning to drive in to besham and then to Kalam valley in mid feb this year (2025),
my concern, how are the roads?, given my choice of car.
motorways are super fine which takes me to mansehra, what about the national highway, will it be fine for sedan (vehicle for travelling; grande)

-> also advise if i need to buy chains for tire in case roads are hazardous,
-> basically upto what point car doesnt hug the pot holes or ice

i am also interested and if anyone have evidenced travel in recent snowfall to kalam area please let me know .

Roads up to Kalam are fine and drivable for sedans and suvs, even for low road clearance vehicles like civic. There are few bad patches before kalam but are manageable.

Not sure about snow in mid Feb as have never travelled in snowy seasons to these areas.
