When dash board is opened and re-fixed, it bring noises. I have been through this situation with my ex-cars.
In my case, the electrician missed to fix many tinny bolds in the dash board. I observed it when fixing myself.
Well, two solutions as DIY projects.
Take 4 sided screw driver and unbolt all bolts (one by one) which are holding dash board.
Put a tinny rubber washer (thicker one) in it and tight them fix again. Don’t do so tight, it may break. Just snug well.
If you want, you can take a thread from “Nalki” (Common Sewing Thread) and warp it just single in every turn of bold. And fix it with screw driver with Rubber washer.
Additionally before screwing it. Spray a little “Silicone Spray” on the washer that will fix with dash board. After cleaning the surface with slightly wet cloth to remove the dust debris.
Or bring “double side tape” from common electric shop and nicely use it at the loose or vibrating parts and
stick them well. Specially electrical connections underneath steering need it.
No electrician or mechanic will take this pain to do this job. You have to do it by yourself very nicely and neatly.
For all the clunky & squeaking noises (Doors, from rear sides, etc.), use Silicone spray. But don’t forget to clean the dust out of the surface with slightly wet cloth, let it fully dry and then use Silicone Spray.
Hope 80~90% noises will be gone.
