chevy exclusive also came with plastic radiator and here what me ant my boss has done with his car's radiator, take out radiator first flush it with khulla dulla water and then plug it and fill with surf exel and water mixture, after half hour shake it like a monkey and thats it. masla hal :), now where is my water cooler??
and rust only means that it came from engine bay as all rest is plastic so if you can do it plug water pipe into input port start engine and long flush your engine tubes too to get rid of rust inside the tubes,
and do check if your car's radiator came with drain plug you didnt need to take out whole of it, just disconnect it from engine when filling with surf water
