Today I spotted this camry in green belt.

BTW Where is the green belt? Its all sand belt with a "namak kay barabar" jhaari numa green..

i think the place is UAE other ways there was a crown and people are gathered around the car till the car has been moved away

Insurance will not pay for the pole... In insurance policy there is condition they will not pay for the property damage i.e. Tree, Pole, barriers etc... Now you will not believe if I disclose the price of poles, trees, barriers which govt asks to pay in case of damage....

Street light pole from 8,000 to 10,000 Riyals
Traffic Signal lights from 10,000 to 25,000 riyals
Trees from 20,000 upto 35,000 riyals
Barrier from 2,000 to 5,000 riyals

I think he was drifting cos, almost 40m behind there was turn. maybe accident happend at night. coz at night here is very humidity, his screen is almost blind with humid. maybe with poor visualization he not judge and hit the electric pole.
I think insurance will pay, if he had insurance.
maybe this is 2-3 days old, cos no one was at there.

in US in any case property damage is part of insurance and the insurance provider pays for the damages. whether you carry just the liability insurance or full coverage bumper to bumper.. and the reason is that cost of damages is much more than what you stated for Saudi. :P.

this is minimum requirement in NYC. (A motor vehicle registered in NYS must have liability insurance. Insurance coverage must be a minimum of $25,000/50,000 for injury, $50,000/100,000 for death, and $10,000 for property damage caused by any one accident)

Its every ones choice to select policies of insurance and differs from company to company, either full or third party ... but in almost all cases insurance havent pay for the public property damage... I have one car with third party insurance and 2nd one is full insurance with a coverage of 5,000,000 riyals includes every thing... almost more than 40% here take third party policy...

How much premium is you are paying annually? from which company you taken your insurance policy???

I bought my car from toyota. My insurance is from united corporate insurance. Premium is include in instalment, i dont know how much. Toyota person tell me full insurance.

For this you must have to visit nearest toyota showroom, they can give you more details on that. if you have hard copy insurance certificate than I think (not confirmed) it is mentioned on its back side... on my insurance certificate there is nothing mentioned except my policy number, vehicle details and maximum limit.... mine is from Wataniya Insurance....
