Camry Crashed

Saw this Camry today near my home. This is the third Camry crash I have seen in a month.. Look for other two crashes in this forum

The car seems rear ended some truck. The roof at front is lowered as well as the door pillars. The rear wheel is also missing. This car was under blue tarp for days near my home. I never spotted this untill hurricane Sandy removed the cover and now its visible. I really dont have an idea why the car is still with plates. Its junk..
