Can a minor legally buy/own a car or motorcycle?

I'm a freelancer that has recently gotten his hands on a very decent chunk of cash. I'm looking to spend this money on a car or a bike. Considering how you don't need a license to register or transfer ownership of a vehicle (correct me if I'm wrong), and just need ID, I was wondering if I can own a car as a minor without a license. I have valid identification and a foreign drivers license. (I'm guessing it isn't valid here as I'm only 16.)
I'm willing to sign off alongside a parent like some answers I found while researching. If nothing else, I'd be willing to have one of my parents help me purchase the vehicle by having it registered or transferred in their name, so when I turn 18 they can transfer ownership to me. Let me know if this is possible too.

Afaik before 18 legally its not possible to buy/own anything unless it comes as inheritance.

Once you are 18, then apply for driving license, get an NTN, open bank account, etc. And after that you are legally allowed to buy/sell/purchase/own, business, travel, etc. even marry too
