i am a non filer, and i wanna buy an car, Honda City 1.2 CVT 2021 Model but i am a non filer, do i have to face any legal issues? for buying an car with my money? or what the process as much i know non filer can buy a car from 1300 cc max, but it is safe right? i don't have to face any legals issues etc

Non-filers can buy for sure. But there will be extra charges/cost which they need to pay.
