Can AC work on Carby Mehran 2006?

I have mehran 2006 65k driven with FF AC but i never used it, it has stock denso R134a cooling unit. I want to know that can AC work effectively on Mehran Carby? Some people have advised to put japanese compressor of mini pajero or mira. What changes would i have to do and does it effect engine? @xulfiqar and @ekdrifter please give your valuable suggestions.

mira comp costs 2500rs but it needs new foundations custom made
Only benifit is that it will put less load on engine and nehran needs extra fan in ac jali
btw what is wrong with oem one

You've FF Ac and never used it.And you are asking whether it can work or not. Looks to me a strange question. If you've the AC system, why don't you use it to check it if it works or not?

Mehran factory AC is excellent. Ran it continously during my ownership of Mehran for 1 year. Travelling from Hyderabad to Karachi. Ended up with rings busted.
