Can CRUISE CONTROL be installed in Cultus/Celerio

I have seen CRUISE - SET _ LIMIT options in Cultus meter cluster. If anyone knows can it be installed in cultus or not?

i found this, it does explain the method which sounds logical but no idea if it would work with PKDM unit.
