Can Honda Pridor go off-road?

Asalam o Alikum everyone,
My name is Abdul Basit, I live in Mansehra city. I like to ride a bike for work and to enjoy the ride.
I used to have Honda 70, CG 125, then Deluxe. I liked the power and comfort of the Deluxe. As I go to the mountains once a month at least, on a jeep track mostly with a pillion rider. Jeep route is an off-road track very steep where cars normally can't go, only jeeps, and good bikes can climb there.
I need your suggestion for my next bike. I am thinking about purchasing a Honda Pridor. Deluxe is in good condition is very costly and hard to find. Pridor seems a good option according to my budget. My budget is almost 70k.
I want to know that is Pridor has enough torque and power to climb off-road hill track with two riders??

Depends on the terrain. It has enough ground clearance to do some basic off-roading, but that's about it.

Jeep route is an off-road track very steep where cars normally can't go, only jeeps, and good bikes can climb there.

Pridor is by no means a good 'off-road' bike! But since I haven't personally seen the hill track in question, I can't say anything for sure. Best to ask local mechanics.

If the hill is as steep as you say it is then the answer is probably "No". At least not with a pillion! With that said, you can increase the torque of any bike by changing the sprockets. It's a simple hack that also happens to be VERY cheap.

To figure out which sprocket modification is right for you simply go to https://sprocketcalculator.com/, input your current front/rear sprocket size and look for something that will give you 15-20% boost in torque.

Prioder Power is better than 70 but not better than CG125.....????

Now you have used both 70 and 125 you can calculate how it will perform on your path

Pridor engine has guts quite good in climbing but with two people it would struggle I believe. So good is to look for an cg125.

For a single rider it can do good on slopes. On slopes like murree road it can easily go slide by side a 125. Pridor has bigger rear sproket that gives it good torque for low speed and with some skills you can use its weight to climb any slope.
For going steep off road with a pillion you will need to push it to its limits. it is ok for short time but for long it will be harmful for clutch plates.
Here weight of persons matters a lot.
A thread is famous in PW where a guy went to northern areas with his wife on honda 100. at many places bike could carry only one person. at last clutch plates gave up.
