Can i buy Shoes from Aliexpress without any clearance/customs tax etc?

I am willing to place an order for shoes at aliexpress.com, i have never ordered shoes before so i want to know does importing shoes liable to any taxes/clearance charges?

It is Ishaq Dar country my friend .even if buy 1rs. Toffee you will pay custom duty.musharraf era was much better . I bought shoes from USA and at that time I only paid 50rs .that was way back in 2003
