Can I buy used/new car on installment in Lahore?

Salam, I dont know much about cars.
I want to buy a used/new car (850cc or over) for my family.
Can anyone please suggest is there any way to buy it in installments?
( I can pay about 50-60% amount in down payment and rest in installments of Rs.50,000/month)
I am not interested in Bank leased cars.

I shall be vey thankful if anyone can guide me.

Why are you not interested in a bank lease.
If the lease is not from a bank it is a fraud

Because
1- People say its sood (interest)
2- Alot of people advised me not to go for Bank lease (other than sood reason)

Good interest with fraud risks
No one is legally allowed to finance a car other than banks so if you go to anyone other than bank you have no legal standing in case of fraud
