Can I Drive in Oman with Pakistani License?

Kindly tell , can I drive in Oman with Pakistani Driving license ? I am going to Oman for Two Years so I need to know that. Please guide me. Thank you

No u can't. Go there, show pakistani license and the procedure to get omani license will then shorten.
International license (made from pakistan) can be helpful but only for short period of stay (max. 3 months). But 2 yrs means you will get residence permit there, so dont make international license here... wud be waste of money then.

obtain a international driving permit from local police office, land in OMAN. as visitor you can drive rental car there, however after residency visa is stamped over passport you need to join a driving school for mandatory few classes before you can apply for test , if you are lucky you may get local Omani license in 2nd max 3rd attempt. GCC have a policy for money extortion under FEES cover for driving licenses. Good Luck

Bhai na lena international license. Udhar jaatay hi company waalay aapka Iqama laga daingay within a week. Us k baad intl' license bekaar.
But if u have pakistani computerized license, then by showing it, u will be exempted from learners license. They will straight away make u give the driving test (on date u select). So keep ur pakistani "computerized" license with u.
