Can i install eps on my cultus 2007 non efi?

It should only give power in low speed and steering should go hard in high speed. But how will EPS sense the speed of my car?

Yes you can. Costs around 10k. I know of one guy who does the proper job and installs the VSS sensor to make the steering hard with speed.
