Yes, you can renew your CNIC from any NADRA center in the country. All you need is your old (expired) CNIC and cash amount required for the renewal process.
They will check and confirm your particulars, take a fresh photograph, thumb impressions along with your signature.
Finally they will ask you, if you have any of your family members available over there (any person in your family tree like wife, children etc.) to verify the form generated in the computer. If yes, he or she can attest the document on spot and you can submit the printed form to designated counter or else you need to attest the printed form from any gazetted officer and submit it back later.
