Yes, you can sell your LHD suv and there ARE buyers for it, although not much.People are driving LHDs in Lhr, Khi, Fsd and more, popular city would be anywhere you can find a potential buyer.

No this isn't my domain, I am sorry but I can tell you driving in Lhr coming across a LHD is not a big deal. Less in number but not rare.
