so basically can we drive on motorway without a driving license or not? if we drive on motorway without a license what are the consequences? i also want to know whether its okay to drive on normal highway if not the motorway without a license.

I have a car registered under my name but i have not yet acquired a driving license since my identity card is still under 18. i will be 18 this month. with the not so clear authority in our Pakistan i couldn't get the details anywhere else. i was once fined by Islamabad traffic police for not wearing seat belt & they didn't ask for my license instead they took my book & gave me a Callahan.

Driving without a license is risky. Not only for you but for other commuters on the road as well. Please drive only when u have a valid driving license.
That being said, its rare that motorway police stops you or asks for driving license without any violations. I have travelled numerous times on M2, M3, M4 and M1 and only twice i was asked to show driving license when entering motorway on the toll plaza. Such checks are random and rare.

If you end up in an accident, the consequences for you for driving without a valid license can be quite significant. Get a license first before you drive.

How come you registered your car on your name without an NIC? and yes it's not a good idea to drive without a license. You will be putting not only yourself but lives of others too in danger.

Driving without a license is very dangerous. GOD forbids if something bad happen then without license direct blame on you and you will be in trouble.

Get your identity first. Then license and then drive the car

How innocent of you asking this question. Sorry state of our nation, no regard of others safety.

Driving without a license is a major offence all over the world. Here in AU, car get impounded for 28 days ( It doesn't matter to whom car belong ) and 900 AUD fine on first offence. 2nd time you go to prison as repeat offender.

motorway police can see through the cars even in dark of night an underage / minor behind the wheel without a driving license they will impound the car, put you in nearest lock up and produce you in court with your guardian(s) as principle accused, both will be fined for being irresponsible.

Being a responsible citizen it's every one's duty to obey all the laws of country. Holding a driving license means that you are trained in driving a car well and that you know all the rules and regulations while driving a vehicle.
Now, if you have driving skills and do not pose any threat to you and others at motorway and follow all the sigs boards instructions you can pass the motorway unnoticed. Perhaps there may be some type of license checking at toll Plaza or check in points. You may be imposed a fine from 700 to 1000 and upto 1 month imprisonment not holding a driving license.
