Can we easily reverse the Toyota Corolla GLI without Rear Cam or not?

Hi PakWheelers, I've just booked my GLI 1..3 Manual 3 days ago here in Sahiwal. But today, I came to know from a friend that without Rear CAM, Corolla GLI is useless (mean hard to reverse)?

I need your opinion PakWheelers, I am shifting from Mehran to GLI, is it mandatory to have Rear Cam in GLI or can we easily reverse the car in Parking areas without Rear Cam?

It is just a matter of skill. I’m sure you won’t have any problem with it. If you have been driving a SEDAN for some time then you won’t have any problem.

It’ll be a bit difficult for you to reverse it, coming from a Mehran. Better get a reverse camera installed. Comes handy.

Pls don't get offended but GLi is very under power car....1.6 Altis is good...actually I drove that GLI of my friend 2017 to Monal Islamabad and honestly it was struggling with 2 persons....Yes on plain roads it was just fine.

Won’t be an issue. I have rear cam in my car.
I don’t rely on it that much. Check your surroundings, and reverse on the basis of side mirrors. Use rearview mirror to check any obstacles behind.
Your friend must be an amateur driver who rely on camera to reverse instead of driving skills, but rear cam isn’t costly. Install good infortainment system is 15-20k with rear cam, and it will be all good.
Camera only costs 2k

Yes it will, best one will be of pioneer, will cost you around 35-40k. Rest are all chinese.

Lol we were able to climb up to monal on gli auto 2016 with 5 persons on very steep hill L is used and it climbs easily... Maybe auto is better in climbing​
