The color is just a dye. The actual chemistry of the coolants being mixed must be compatible.

Pink green orange they have different types of chemicals.

I'm not an expert but i've never seen a red or orange Ethylene Glycol based coolant. Such a coolant is always Green.
Mixing two incompatible coolants will make a jellyish sludge in the cooling system which is real hard to remove so never do that.
