Can we take Mira 2014 to Naran, Babusar, Skardu?

What about the clearance, is it same to of Mehran or less?

Also what about engine power, Mehran is 800 cc, whereas Mira is 660 cc.

Can it climb Babusar pass?

If you car is mechanically sound then it should not be a problem. The roads are generally good with a few bad patches which are doable. No big problem for Mira.

Yes you can.
Ground clearance is lower then Mehran. Mehran has highest ground clearance among all cars. If you are travelling with 5 passengers in Mira with genuine shocks/springs then it will be a problem.
Mira is 58 HP while mehran in 40 and torque is also bigger then mehran.
It will climb easily if you drive in S gear instead of D.

I never heard about Suzuki Mira, I only knew about Daihatsu Mira,
