Indeed al-Madeenah has changed tremendously since then

My family member who lives in al-Madeenah told me that now what used to be the entire city is now included in the Haram Vicinity

Correct abbreviation is al-Madeenah

Since medina means city

The two cars pointed out in the snap from the video (below) are identical. They are 1937 Ford Fordor Touring Sedan. This shape was in production only in the year 1937. The earlier year (1936) had a different grill with stand alone headlights; and the following year (1939) had a redesigned front end with a bulbous bonnet. You can draw your own conclusions at the time period of the video.

To substantiate my claims, Here are some pictures off the net for the 1937 Ford.
