Bro it is not for power...but for providing lower drag and better traction at high speeds....you feel more in control...other than that it just improves looks of the car....
Its to add more sporty look to the car. Also has positive impact on performance on higher speeds

Nope...not really and technically who cares about the warranty when you still have to pay for all.the parts....you are technically paying for engine oil to air filters to brake pads while the car is in warranty...so.who cares....
Also its cheaper to get job done by well skillful mechanic then going to dealership.
