Can't fold honda city 1.3 mt basic side mirros?

Just bought a honda city 2018 model 1.3 manual basic variant it was in excellent condition so went for it.
To my surprise after buying it I noticed while parking that I can't fold the side mirros & I was shocked that it is super odd. I wanted to confirm from brothers here that can not fold side mirros ? If not what is solution do I have to get something changed after market ? Or is this a problem with my mirrors ?

Other than that the power adjustment on the mirrors Inside work

It doesn't have retractable mirrors.

There must be some mechanical problem with mirrors. Otherwise there is no difficulty in folding the mirrors.
Although these are not Auto-retractable.

slightly lift the mirror up and fold it.

Mirrors fold manually without any problem on my Honda City. The folding mechanism in the mirrors on your car might be faulty

I will try this . But When I tried folding it manually It didn't work on both sides which is odd.

So I tired folding and it didn't work on both sides ( tried folding manually ) but no luck pakwheels inspection didn't point this out which is also a thing they sbould consider to add in report I hope I just have to change them completely .

Maybe you can take your car to some mechanic and get the folding mechanism repaired instead of completely replacing the mirrors.

What's the likely hood that he messes it up more ?
