Cant verify chasis number of my car

This is the chassis number of passo 2015 XL package. According to car seller he said it is 4 grade car as per his auction sheet. But he says left fender and left door is replaced and changed in japan from Toyota japan . My mechanic says the car is good and replaced panels are of good quality. Can it be 4 grade car??
I cant verify auction sheet before finalzing payment we want to verify auction sheet, to take further action. Someone please do it for me i shall be very thankful

Even if panels are replaced in Japan its graded R not 4. Of Course if panels are replaced with originals in japan then they will be of great quality.
And the auction sheet is available but locked.

I have auction sheet aswell. On the auction sheet left panel and door has (xx) (cross).
If it is replaced with original can it be 4 grade then??

Nope it will be an R grade
Overall the car will be fine but given an R grade because of the replacement of panels.
Go through with the car after verifying the sheet. If he is hiding the R grade he maybe hiding more stuff too. Its only a 1100 rupees. Laazmi check karain o. rigional auction sheet. Agar isne aik sach baat keh di k panels replaced hain and dosri baat jhoot bol rha hai tou aur bhi zaida jhoot hoon gay
And use this R grade to drop down the price too. Keh dena its R grade and all and sasti milti hai and stuff

Once mycar.pk tried to sell me 4 grade Passo and r grade Passo with a difference of rs. 20k. I said lol and backed off.
Model color etc all were same in both cars. Very bad experience.

Bro, the auction system in japan is a bit complex. Lemme give an example:
A car gets wrecked, and the airbags are deployed (making the car road illegal in Japan) and the insurance companies takes the car from the owner. The car is sold to an auction house where it is graded in the CURRENT condition. If it sells, great, if not, it is repaired and sold at another auction house and is GRADED in the CONDITION before it sold. So, a car may be an R grade at one auction and it may be repaired and graded a 4 at another option. If a person buys an R grade car, he can repair it in Japan or in Pakistan (cheap repairs). In conclusion, 99% of the cars from Japan are accidental.

Thank you everyone who helped and advised me regarding this issue.
Umar bhai (senior pakwheeler) verified its auction sheet.
Left fender and left door was replaced in japan, i was having doubts about its 4 grade and mileage. Auction sheet has been verified, this is a 4 grade car with original mileage of 16000
What i learnt from this matter is even if a panel or something is replaced in Japan, it is not necessary that it must be R grade it can also be a proper grade car (3.5,4,4.5 etc) depending upon the condition of car.
