Car A/C expert if u face problem pls consult here

I have khyber 1996 G-10, its original compressor expired and i had to install sanden 505.

the problem with it is that its a bit heavy and puts extra load on the engine.

I was advised to change the main engine pully which drives both ac and (water body + alternator) reducing the diameter of the ac side of the pully will decrease the RPM of the compressor but will considerably reduce the load on the engine..

IS IT TRUE, should i change the pully to older model swift in which the diameter was half than the late models.

It is just for the information of all of us, can you plz tell us what is your expertise/experience in car ac matters that you have offered your expert advice so generously?! You don't own a workshop as well, isn't it? I mean we have the right to know, as we may be following your advice as an expert!!

my AC some time works and sometime it does not turns on... usually happens after some time of functioning.... my electrician tried directing the thermostat too but the issue is still there?

Salam to all of u, I m not a A/c consultant nor a Technician but I have driven 10 to 12 owned cars & i have experienced several problems that u have might not known!!!

If u have a small car like 800cc, 950cc, 1000cc or 1100cc. So follow these instructions & InshAllah u will get good results. Because I myself own a 2001 Suzuki Mehran & the A/c works perfect & great MashAllah..

I have installed a Sanden SD-705 compressor (KABLI) around 7.5K & other parts like Condensor, Evaporator, Dryer, all r of optimum & of good quality as available in market.

Actually SD-705 compressor comes in company fitted Alto & Cultus but me & my Technician discussed & came to solution to alter it! & we succeeded. He made my Car Fan direct. Serviced my Radiator by Hard Acid. Cleaned all A/c parts & now in hot sunshine like in Hyderabad, Karachi & Sehwan Sharif, it gives a good pleasure to sit in the car & in night times I usually turn off the A/c because there oo mush cooling like Cultus!!!

at chill i have cultus 2006 , when i turn on the ac it gives cooling but its pressure or air throw is not good ..what shud be done in this regard? thanks

@iceman ....bro if the cooling is good then i guess air conditioner is working just fine
as for the throw...there is a air filter somewhere around dashboard...get it cleaned and its gonna be good as new..aint a lengthy process unless you have a lancer.....i suppose its filter is somwhere behind dashboard that what mechanic told me so i left it as it is

My car drops rpm 900 to 500 when a/c is turn on sometims the car gets off what is the reason.. its rpm is not stable... car is EE-90 with 4AFE..

problem actually in my Cultus VXL 2004 AC, one guy said that gas low + dryer replacement//
2nd guy said that TXV may be faulty///

AC run best since may 2004, but in this season cooling drops gradually to ZERO..

in my khyber the compressor bolts keep on breaking after 10 to 15 days resulting in breaking of belt.its mounted on 4 bolts.what to do?
