in my khyber the compressor bolts keep on breaking after 10 to 15 days resulting in breaking of belt.its mounted on 4 bolts.what to do?

Check the alignment of all the pulleys, and the tension of the belt itself. Then consider better bolts?

i have Civic 97' Exi . the AC is working fine but once i switch on the ac RPM get reduce from 0.8 to 0.3 which leads to viberation in the car . Previously RPM got increased on switching ON the AC.

I have khyber 1998 model, its AC was going good cooling wasn't outclass but it was very good for 2 person although 1 of its rubber pipe coming from compressor nd going towards condensor was also a little leak.......
but sadly few days back the bolt of compressor broke up nd AC gets off. I went to the mechanis he said that compressor will be removed nd GAS will be recharged after work nd also that pipe will be changed too.....i said ok
after removing the condensor he said u should change the condensor as it has got hard......although it was genuine condensor thora ganda tha but dekhnay me theek tha......he forced me alot that u should change the condensor otherwise the compressor will get hot. anyhow i changed the condensor nd installed japanese condensor of 3500.
The air pressure was also low so i said colling box ki service b krdo, on removing the cooling box it was alot much blocked with mud. he serviced the box using acid and water nd then he said made new holes in the grills of box using some pointed pen type thing... it got the orignal grills to break but made new full open holes of the air to move...
then he fitted the AC recharged the GAS but the AC was just normal even coling got worse it was far too better before, even on the 2nd day the new pipe he installed got brust...... the mechanic said it was due to electrical prob which causes the condensor fan to get off. anyhw i recharged the gas but still AC is just a trouble nd danger of loosing the compressor, even the same mechanic now saying that compressor is weak thats why cooling theek ni... the reason he gave is that k compressor ki pully hath say b ghoom rahi hai halam k isko hard hna chahiye.........

PLZ PLZ PLZ help me regarding this i am very worried about all the situation, i live in wah cantt near islamabad also give me some suggestion regarding a good AC mechanic, menay AC chek krwaya hai wah me kuch mechanics say nd they checked AC externally from pipes nd they said k AC theek hai but andar cooling ni hti nd AC 2 hr b chalta rahay to trip ni hta

Car : Civic 90
Engine : 1500 cc Japanese (95 Civic) Non Efi
Engine Condition: Excellent (no oil reduction even after 6000 km)
Compressor: Sandon (New) , recently fitted
Thermostat Valve: Removed

Car never heats up without AC.
I have replaced radiator recently twice with Toyota Probox (Double Nali) full length with big n fast fan.
Even car doesn't feel very heavy on AC.
There is no abnormal pressure or water reduction observed in radiator in the morning.

Expert fellow! Please guide what to do now ?

Sallam.... i wanted to know if i could fit a/c in my Charade 86. The engine condition is OK and has been running on petrol only, only the rings are a bit down.
I have just one concern will installing an ac have any effect on my engine ? and also i will have to install complete new ac setup; which i would like to know the approx cost.

@xulfiqar bro its W202 C180 classic. refrigerant gas is leaking but at a negligible rate but this is causing reduced cooling during day time in the eve its chilling which even mehran does.

2- radiator check light remains on although temperature remains withing the range of 0 to 80

I am having Tripping issue with my Chevrolet joy, last year in summer AC worked fine and there was not tripping issue but currently I am having continuous tripping issue even when I start engine and turned on the AC tripping starts. I have shown it to different AC shops and got different opinion ,some say Gas is low, some say AC need to be serviced.... bla bla bla<o:p></o:p>

i recently bought a alto vxr 2002, AC wasnt working. so i went for a a/c service. unfortunately the coil was leaky that was replaced the rest were okay. it started blowing a cool air. but its not upto the mark cooling that i have seen in others like alto mehran or coure. went back to a/c people and they checked the pressure and showed me that there is rust in radiator that is causing the problem. although the car dont heat up much. i still flushed it with water and refilled it with osaka coolant. still i am getting the good cooling. what should be the next thing i must point out to them. remember compressor and condenser are find and there isnt any leak. Does servicing radiator will really help this issue?

my charade has a.c in working is chilling but when i switched to a.c car become jam and compressor become very hot when i open bonnet its sometime gives smoke
is this problem of compressor or what???
how much it cost i want to repair or installed new???
