Car ABS Disk brakes service

Asslam o alaikum Guys

I have four years old corolla which has ABS Disk brakes . Last month I did a trip of China border (khanjarab pass) so I want to know that if I need to get serviced the Disk brakes of the car.

Please guide how to do that as I've never done that before.

how mechanic do this? . by using sand paper ?

all you need to do is to flush and add new brake fluid if the current oil is in bad condition. You can clean the rotors/calipers and apply caliper pin grease which none of the auto shops have in stock. Other than that ,nothing else required as long as you r using good quality brake pads. Tooling/sanding is not required.

Wa Alaikum Salam. Disc Brakes VS Drum Brakes, and ABS VS Non-ABS are separate things.

IMO, you may have the brakes and allied systems checked from some good garage / expert Mechanic. If something is reqd. To be flushed, changed / replaced, then have it done, else if, no need to mess up anything, just out of speculations or curiosity.

otherwise my mechanic was saying , k " shaam ma le ana ksis din gari. charo tyre khol k reg maal se safai kr dain ge sb ok ho jae ga "

but I was not satisfied as these are ABS brakes and I've never got this done before .

follow what @nomi01 is saying - at most its a brake fluid change if its never been changed, Dont let any mechanic use sandpaper or wrong grease on the brake.

follow regular brake fluid flushes every 2 years and your ABS pump will also never malfunction. Dont ever rub the ABS speed sensors with any sandpaper to "clean" them - just wipe with a wet soapy cloth if they are covered in grease from a blown CV axle etc.
