I have a 2005 honda civic the ac is chilled no issues the problem is with the fan sometimes the throw is optimum and some times its slow at the same fan setting plz help

It sounds like your blower motor or fan is damaged. Replacing the blower motor and possibly fan should get you back to having AC. You may also want to check the fuse as it may have blown when the fan got stuck.
check resistor. it may have blown, it is recommended not to repair it, go for kabli one or buy one off ali express.
