So talking of today after yesterday's gas fill in my ride's AC - which is Santro - i experienced the same thing the clutch disengaging and not engaging back for some time but today the timing of clutch being normally clicking back was reduced plus i was having an improved AC performance. With a reduced timing the problem was there. (By the way the AC mechanic charged the gas with fresh air vent closed, windows closed, and blower speed at 3 - which is not Max. - the other thing i noticed was the heat needle was going above the normal/optimum marks this happens when i slightly kept the RPM raised and AC On while car is standing on signal - in direct sunlight ofcourse - the needle stays in place while idling plus it also gets back to normal while i am driving the car - with a high gear and light accelerator pedal.
In short the needle was going above the optimum marks when ever i put load on engine i mean the extra load. The cooling is definitely improved then yesterday. I got home checked radiator plus expansion tank water level it was normal no water was decreased in any of them.
What can be the problem? What issue i might looking at?
Side note: i slightly feel the ride heavy with AC now. not that much though but it definitely is heavier than before - the gas charge.
