suzuki alto 660cc. obviously there is a load when we ON the A.C but car dont get tooo "HEAVY"

probably it is electronic throttle. It does not have Idle control valve. You need to show us the picture of your throttle body.

Can someone please help me with Nissan Tiida A/C problem.

When I slow down at a traffic light or due to traffic jam, the cooling gets terrible.. almost like no ac only fan..

Previously, this used to happen occasionally and peformance at idle was not that bad.. but now, the compressor stops working at every Idle and does not improve even after picking up pace,

Any ideas?

Hook the pressure gauges and tell us what you see.

Getting not to work at idle can be few things, Low GAS, Weak Compressor, Poor Air flow through condenser. Step one Get your Condenser cleaned for any debris . Dont apply acid of any type wash with water only

next check if fans are good and they suck enough air

Can anyone tell just by looking at the pics what size ports these are?
Low side: OD - 11m (ID approx 7.95mm)
High side: OD - 14mm (ID approx 8.6-8.8mm, couldn't measure proper)

they look like usual R134a ports, Please find their plastic caps, if you connect the manifold gauges to these dirty couplers, specially the low side one you may cause that debris to get stuck in the schrader valve and cause a permanent leak.

So, since engine slightly heating up/going above optimum temp. while on AC is the engine weak? Or is the compressor putting excessive load on engine? Why is it heating up? Does santro's have this problem?
And plus, i am going to ask my AC wala to charge the gas with evaporator under full.load thats gone take more gas in system - to bring head pressure in spec with PT chart.
Do i need more gas?
Yes? More gas means more laod on compressor mean more load on engine. Will Charging gas lead me to heatng issues?

The reason to maximise load on evaporator is to allow the expansion valve to open up. That position gives you best reading on gauges.

If your car is heating up - make sure your engine thermostat is good and not slow to react.

What could be causes of cars getting heat up on AC. Most mehrans do so...... is that reason that radiator can not get enough cold air for heat exchange?

So we should put the evaporator under full load and then charge the gas. And keep om charging until head pressure (suction line- for example) drops to with spec to PT chart. Right?

Plus i read one of your posts saying we should get a fan (pedestal fan) in front of condenser while letting system stabilise after an empty system gas charge and check the pressures again after 5 to 10 minutes to see every thing is in OK. Why using fan? Not arguing lol i am asking for reason.

Today's update about vehicle getting heat-up:: today it didn't heat up at all. I drove it like 100 KMs on long and on short - in city - with AC On and the needle was between the two optimum temp. marks. May be kal mene zaida ziadti krdi bechari ke sath? Lol

Mehran have a problem in exhausting the engine bay itself, hot air gets stalled in the engine room. The other problem is low capacity cooling system of engine.

Faced similar problem today near gaddafi stadium and traffic was completely blocked and there was alot of heat and my AC of cultus efi kept tripping and there is no gas or heating issue of car as the needle always remained in the middle at the temperature scale. My AC only trips on extreme heat and traffic and even works perfectly in idle too - what could be the reason?is it normal????

yes its normal. There is a heat switch to kill the AC

cars are designed for driving - not sitting idle.

to relieve heat load. The system can go into death cycle and damage itself.
