Help Please...
My Mehran VXR 2012 ac is performing perfectly fine even in Hot summer these days.. very satisfied and no heat up issue at all.. ALHAMDULILLAH..
but issue now a days is that when i drive my car to 60 to 70 km a strange sound comes from side of compressor in engine bay.. it comes and go... like aaaan aaaan... i have checked serpentine belt by mechanic.. it was ok and fine .. because sound never comes before ac is runs to long time..
Abubakar is famous mechanic is Islamabad. he said these senden compressor has this issue and sounds comes due to compressor oil heating up and you have to live with that... ac cooling do not effect at all.. it remain perfet as i need..
how to resolve this.. i dont want to ruin my geniun compressor..

Duct Temp Will Be Down As Pressure Seems...Low Side Drops A Bit On High Revv And High Side Raise But Not So Much As Car Picks up Speed And Air Blowing On Condenser Cools It Down.. Your Low Side Is Dropping Too Much...On 20 Compressor Shuts Down Due To L.P ...So If Its Dropping There Then Something Is Not Very Right....

So Either You Have AIR In System Or Moisture ...DId You Have ALl Your Lines Cleaned Up And All???? Filter Changed????

335 On High Side Seems To Much And There Are Chances Of Leak.....How Did You Charge Your SYstem Before????

I am saying according to this it should be 335 max at 41 degree c

What I did
1. Cleaned all system, changed condenser,txv (denso) new condenser came with nitrogen inside.
2. Vacummed the system
3. Filled the Nitrogen in it.
4. Again Vacc it
5. Filled gas at idle and by weight.

but if this is bearing then it should come when ac is switch on..

Your Idler Bearing Pulley Along With A/C Pulley Is Engaged All Times.....Your Compressor Have Clutch Which Activates The Compressor When You Switch ON

Drier is hooked on condenser and when condenser is new everything is new . System takes 550 grams. Max.

@ahsanonline @Xulfiqar @SER_GTR Following are the results.

Could not get duct temperature because his meter broke
Ambient Temperature = 41 Degrees C
Max Cool and Blower at 2 or three (i adjusted it to full but dont know when that ac dude turned it down) with doors open
at Idle

Low Side = 40 Psi
High Side = 220 PSI

At High RPM Not sure because throttled car from hood
Low Side = 22 Psi
High Side = 253 PSI

What I think:
I think it is low on refrigerant.

Solution:

Now it is complicated because either i have to remove and again add according to weight with a better scale but i dont want to do that.

Is there anyway to add more Gas ?

If i just put car on 1500 RPM fill the gas slowly and according to the chart bring the high side between 330-350 PSI and low side to 50-55 PSI would that do?

Your system definitely seems starved of refrigerant according to 41degC ambient.
How to add more gas? Just connect the gauges and and the filling cylinder (I prefer sealed can, don't trust cylinder unless it was new sealed), loosen the yellow pipe at the gauge so air is flushed out, then loosen the low side pipe where it meets the coupler so no chance of air in there either - then happy filling at 1500rpm. Cylinder/can goes very cold so rather than shake it (which doesn't do much good) put it in path of radiator's hot air (thats what I did).

Max cool is term honda manual uses means cooling setting on max cool. That i adjusted to 10 degrees, on a day with 40 outside 18 seems un achievable anyway. I dont have readings for duct temperature because his temp meter got broken. I was thinking about the science that when pressure increases on high side low side should increase why does it trips.....

You really should keep the fan at max speed, and need to note that duct air temp too. You can order a basic digital temp. gauge from AliEx for like ~$2.
The TXV is keeping the low side from increasing, plus your compressor has to suck something, and theres not enough of that 'something' in the system...

If you got the vacuming done by the mech, then be warned, they have a penchant of vacuming the system correctly, switching off the pump and then closing the low+high valves on the manifold gauges - effectively wasting the whole vacuming process. Did you watch them closely when they did it? Did the system hold vacuum?... or did the low side gauge show zero once they were done?

1) sounds comes when is on I drive more than 60 70 kms.. And as soon as I turned it of it goes away and comes again after some time.. It remains only for few seconds then goes away..
2) I never done any kind of work on ac except ac service..
3) bought it new and always chked from Suzuki motors..
4) khari Gari mein awaz ni ai kbi b.. Chalty hwy ATI hy r tab jb Zada Der ac chala ho.. Ac tripping is OK..r race Kam Zada sy no change..bus khud e chali jati hy ya jb off kro ac

Suzuki bearings have an erratic repo, at least with me. Could be compressor's itself.

AC service. When was that and did the sound come before it as well or has it started only after AC service?
What did they do in AC service? (or if you don't know what they did, then how much did you pay for it?).

They washed evaporator, condenser, refill gas and all this.. Charge 2700

If Refrigerant Is Filled By Exact Weight....A Tol Of +/- 50-100gm Is Expected But ANything ABove This Makes No Sense

However ...You Are Sure Your Lines From Dryer To Evap Are From Evap To Compressor Were All Good???

Yes I am sure they were clean no blockage. TXV was same i dont remember the part no. I suspect low gas. I think lets try refilling at 1500 rpm to bring pressures at that ambient temp. What do you say

Yup. If I were you I'd go that route. Fill till 50-55 low side and maybe 300ish high side. Remember to flush the gauge line and keep the cylinder uniformly heated.

I was thinking...which model honda is yours? And how did you find out the quantity of freon it takes?
